“This is quite simply an outstanding exhibit of quite astonishingly rare material. The title, title page purpose, and plan are logical and clear. It is an exceptionally important exhibit for an important period in the postal history of Italy. Although it’s a narrow subject, the exhibitor shows a high degree of personal knowledge and draws attention to their original research. There’s isn’t much room for improvement. There is perhaps too much white space on some pages but that is a minor quibble when one considers the material. The QR code is a good addition as is the well-crafted list of literature. The heavy blue borders and matting are distracting and the exhibit might benefit from eliminating these. The enlarged images to the varieties are very helpful and well done.”
